7. Constipation : Eating half beet root before breakfast helps in curing constipation

8. Blackhead : Applying grated cucumber over the face, eyes, and neck for fifteen minutes is very beneficial for acne and blackheads.

9. Ear infection : A drop of garlic juice in your ear helps to relieve the pain of an ear infection.

10. Headache : Take Cinnamon powder and add water into it to make a thick paste. Apply this paste on your forehead and lie down for 20 minutes. It gives instant relief in headache.
