Being in a restaurant, tempts is to eat that delicious and craving food. But once it gets into our body, it has to be digested. What if our body stops excreting out the waste products ! We will fall ill.

Similarly , we need water to quench our thirst and a glass of water can refresh ourselves for the day. But what if our body stops taking out the excess water ! We will fall ill.


I started of by giving real examples so that we could better understand what the negative impacts of storing something inside our body for a long time can be .

Similarly, holding or storing thoughts or past instances in our mind can be fatal to our body and health as well.

That’s why people say move ahead and leave the past instances back .

Our mind chatters so much for very small issues as well, leading to various mental issues like depression, anxiety etc .

In this goals obsessed world , we need to have a mental detox so that we could stop the unnecessary chatter of mind.

Here a few tricks to detoxify the brain


> JOT DOWN YOUR PROBLEMS AND BURN IT TO ASHES.

I highly recommend this technique. The problem which is internally stressing you, it is better to write down on a piece of paper and either burn it to ashes or tore it to pieces. It would not bring down your problem to an end but definitely solve it temporarily.


> SHARE YOUR FEELINGS WITH OTHERS TO EASE YOUR PAIN

It is always recommended to share your problems or open out your heart to a trustworthy and generous person who can understand you and at the same time give you some suggestions .


>ADOPT A SPIRITUAL PRACTICE.

It is the most important to adopt a spiritual practise to ease your consciousness. Practising spiritual practises helps in avoiding negative thoughts and in fact a better lifestyle .


So its a good way to develop good techniques to detoxify our mind because at the end of the day it is the relaxation of the mind that stops the chatter of the brain.
