"Obesity affects every aspect of a people's lives, from health to relationships" this statement was precisely said by a famous Television and Social Media journalist Jave Velez- Mitchell for today's world where obesity or corpulence is the most extensive and prevalent disease nowadays. Generally, obesity is a complex and lousy state in the human body caused by various inherent and environmental factors due to which people suffering from it often withstand negative comments in the society due to their image of excessive body fat. But some easy and natural methods can be adopted to eliminate the spread of life taking disease like obesity or corpulence, which we are going to read in this article today.

We all know this widespread disease in such a way that it refers to increased body weight, but what we do not know is how obesity invites various fatal diseases and how can we stop this disease from growing.

First of all, we will talk about why this disease obesity is so widespread in the world among every age group? The only answer to this question is that people are eating less food nowadays, but are consuming more calories than they can eat, and because of not participating in any kind of physical activity they become victims of obesity easily even after not wanting.

And obesity does not just bring more weight and laziness in the body, rather it may also bring with it the following life-threatening diseases :

  • Heart Diseases and Strokes due to High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol level.
  • Obesity can disturb the natural balance of insulin in the body and thus a man becomes a victim of Type-2 Diabetes.
  • Obesity invites certain cancers in the uterus, cervix, ovary, breast, liver, gallbladder, and kidney.
  • Obesity causes various digestive problems and the obese can develop heartburn and various gallbladder diseases.
  • Obesity increases the risk of causing Covid-19 by developing several symptoms in the human body.

Now the question is how to reduce or eliminate this Obesity? Is there any cure for it?

Yes, of course, Obesity can be cured by following the steps to reduce weight. These steps include-

  1. Excercise for 30-40 minutes regularly along with fast walking and swimming.
  2. Creating and following a healthy eating plan by including whole grains, fresh vegetables, whole fruits(non-fruit juices), and plant oils in it.
  3. Monitor your body weight(or Body Mass Index) daily or on alternative days to check whether your efforts are working or not.
  4. Be honest and stick to your routine of following a healthily balanced diet and exercise.

After all," Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind, and spirit. When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open."
