Okay so two three days back I was feeling really anxious as if everything I was doing was getting judged by people. whole day I used to feel someone is siting next to me telling me all the negative things like I am not pretty, I am a failure I will never be able to find someone who is perfect for me will my marks come back on track and things got so bad and I decided to call a friend who gave me some tips and surprisingly they worked.
THE TIPS SHE GAVE ME WERE
1) GO TO BED EARLY - when I heard her say that you should go to bed early I realized how I was spending my days and night hooked to my phone, faking for the sake of social media and thinking what people will be thinking about me when in reality they don't even have time to think about me. so i decided to set an alarm for 10:30 rings I just know I have to shut my my phone, laptop or whatever I am doing and do something calming. I do 15-20 minute meditation followed by reading one chapter of any book.
2) WAKE UP EARLY - I am not saying wake up at 5'o clock but try to wake up little early than you do. I think try to watch sunrise sometimes you will fell good and you can always combine it with some light exercise jogging, walking or whatever suits you and a new energetic you will take shape.
3) INDULDGE IN SELF CARE - self care doesn't mean going to a big salon getting spa or facial done instead you can focus on small things such as staying hydrated, moisturized, comb your hairs. take bath, read something, sit in peace, watch a show or anything which gives you happiness.
4) JOURNALING - I have been hearing about journaling so much lately but i could never believe it actually works until I started doing it . I think their is peace in writing down how you are feeling and the best part is your journal is not judging you for what you did, how you are feeling you can be as raw as possible . one advice i have for you is don't immediately buy a fancy journal you can start with a simple notebook and than move to a journal along with that you can make a habit tracker where you mark if you indulged in certain activity that day or not.
