Reading is the most beneficial habit you can have in your life . Reading is like a movie , as you read it's an ongoing movie in your imagination and I bet you it's the best feeling . If you haven’t experienced this, what are you doing with your life? 

I know nowadays we have a lot of ways of  entertainment   but the old school way is the best . 

There is so much high quality literature out  there to learn from and keep yourself entertained .Nowadays everyone is busy with their life and only doing stuff which requires comfort and benefit's.It makes you happy. Happy knowing that words can have such deep impact on you. You know it is just a story but it still manages to make you go through a roller coaster of emotions. Happy knowing that there is some wizard like person who can write the exact word at the exact place

Reading has a lot of benefits  . let's have a look at some benefits

1)Improves your concentration :-

Reading one of those things which involves focus and reading daily will improve that concentration which is reducing day by day due to staying on the phone all day . Concentration is important in day to day life , so improving concentration is also important .

2)Build your vocabulary:-

When you read you come across a lot of new words which help you to add up in your vocabulary . Nowadays english is the most spoken in the official sector , so it is important to improve your speaking skill, adding some good words just enhances your speaking .

Reading reduces 80% of daily stress .I have personally experienced it .Reading just takes you to another world away from  your reality .The main purpose of reading is to keep you happy .In 2009, a group of researchers measured the effects of yoga , humor, and reading on the stress levels of students in demanding health science programs in the United States. The study found that 30 minutes of reading lowered blood pressure , heart rate ,and feelings of psychological distress just as effectively as yoga and humor did.

4)May even help you live longer:-

A long-term health and retirement study.followed a cohort of 3,635 adult participants for a period of 12 years, finding that those who read books survived around 2 years longer than those who either didn’t read or who read magazines and other forms of media.The study also concluded that people who read more than 3 1/2 hours every week were 23 percent likely to live longer. than those who didn’t read at all.

5)Will improve your sleeping pattern :-

Reading helps to reduce insomnia. Just before going to bed for 1 week and see the result .i am saying again it's all about discipline guys . There are many studies done which show that it improves your sleeping cycle .

6)Boost your creativity :-

Fiction allows for uncertainty and this is where creativity thrives!And we get the best possible creative benefits from their writing when we use our own imagination to interpret what we read. In fact, research has shown that reading is key to boosting our own mental capacity and creativity.
