A floating heaven palace covered with white marble famously known as Jagmandir or Jag island palace, most commonly known as Lake garden palace is an instance of exquisite beauty which congregates enormous numbers of tourists every year.

It was constructed by three Maharanas of Sisodiya Rajputs kingdom over a long period of time and finally completed by Maharana Jagat Singh during 1628-1652 and therefore named after him as Jagat Mandir.

You can reach Jag Mandir via boats and cruises which will take around an hour to reach the palace.

October to March is believed to be the best time to visit this place to avoid heat and humidity.
